Custom EMS Reports (Partial List)

This DASHBOARD shows all of those employees within your agency that either called out, left work early or arrived late. Employee photos are shown as well as full details of each attendance event. This DASHBOARD auto scrolls to allow it to be placed on a stand alone monitor and refreshes automatically every 10 minutes.

*Note: requires the use of EMS Toolkit's Attendance Tracking Module which is included in most ETK Packages

This report shows the monies collected within the specified time frame and for specific call types (profit centers).

This report is looking at credits that begin with the word "Payment" and excluding the "Payment Voided" Credit

This report can be exported to Excel.

This report displays the call numbers, unit, pick up address, response time and more for calls that are dispatched within "X" minutes of one another matching the provided criteria using the following selectors:

• Company
• Selected Date Range
• Call Source
• Initial Call Priority
• Call Type
• Time threshold in minutes

This report removes duplicates in the event a single address requires both ALS and BLS units within the time threshold requested.

Purpose / Benefits: This report is great for those agencies with municipal contracts. This report will assist you in determining if your delayed response were due to multiple calls within "X" minutes that overloaded the units for that municipality.

This report shows all run/call numbers, their trip status and the job number assocaited for that trip.  This report features an Excel download link of all the report data as well as displaying the data to the screen

This auto scrolling/auto refreshing EMS Dashboard displays the unit, call number, crew and minutes late for a specific trip for the current day. A built in 10 minute grace period has been used to avoid showing trips where the ambulance crew was 10 seconds to 9 minutes late.

This EMS Dashboard does not utilize any selectors

Purpose/Benefit: This dashboard is great for those agencies with municipal contracts for on time performance.  Get up to the minute information and be able to make any necessary changes before too many late pick-ups occur.

This report displays the trip date, call source, vehicle, unit, run/call number, en-route time, at-scene time and total response time. Color-coded rows make identifying trips that have excessive response times.  This report considers anything over six minutes as excessive.

Purpose / Benefit: This report is useful for quickly identifying those trips/crews that have excessive response times.

This report details patient names, run/call numbers, crew information, pick up and destincation locations along with all the trip time stamps including Call Taken, Dispatched, En-Route, At Scene, Transporting, At Destination and Available. Additionally this report displays patient's primary payor and policy numbers.

Purpose / Benefit: This report is useful for remote offices that may not have ready access to the CAD system but do need to account for face sheets, run sheets and or shift logs.  Without the CAD system this would be nearly impossible but the EMS Toolkit's End of Shift Log performing these tasks is easy as running a report.

This report is a useful evaluation tool that gives you all information for a given employee by date range. This report combines CAD statistics as well as EMS Toolkit statistics.

This report shows the trips within the system for a date range indicating which ones have have been synced to the server and are available for billing.

Purpose / Benefit: This report is great for highlighting facilities that are not moving your staff in and out of their facilities quickly. With this report you can easily see the common offenders.

This report displays the trips number, run/call number, call priority, vehicle, unit, the time the call was scheduled, the at scene time and the total minutes the crew was late for the scheduled pick up time. This report looks at non emergency jobs and flags trips where the crews were late by color-coding.

Purpose / Benefit: This report makes finding those calls with excessive response times a breeze. By having this information readily available you can keep report on individual units making employee accountability quick and easy.

This report shows: Unit, Run Number, Pick Up, Customer, Nature, Pick Up Time, Dispatched By, Crew 1, Crew 2 and Non-Compliance Reason.

This report is broken down into categories based on the "PRIORITIES" within the CAD system.

This report offers the following selectors:

This report shows the UNIT, CREW, DISPATCH TIME, ENROUTE TIME, AT SCENE TIME, OUT OF CHUTE TIME, RESPONSE TIME and the TRIP CALL SOURCE.

This report is great for looking for those trips that are non-compliant with contractual response times.

This report displays the  pick up facility name, total on-time trips, total trips between 0 and 20 minutes late, trips over 20 minutes late and the On Time Percentage for your selected criteria.

Purpose / Benefit:  This report is great to use when your agency has an on-time percentage clause in a facility contract.  This report makes finding and managing the on time performance by facility quick and easy.

This report displays the priority in groupings along with a breakdown of times within the supplied date range along with the total on time percentage for that time block.

Purpose / Benefit: This report makes determining problematic time frames within your agency.  By grouping time slots together (i.e. midnight - 4 am, 4am - 7am, etc) you can quickly identify where the demand on your crews escalates and/or your crews begin to fall behind on their arrival times.

This report is grouped by call source and displays the trips date, run/call number, call source, vehicle, unit, time of dispatch, enroute time and total response time in minutes. The output is futher grouped by 30, 45 and 60 second groupings.

This report shows the previous 5 months of trips and on time performances by month for nursing home facilities.

This auto scrolling/auto refreshing EMS Dashboard details a breakdown daily totals broken down by call type, dispatcher averages for various call priorities, call taking averages for both non emergency and emergency calls along with municipal performance indexes and time totals for vehicle special statuses.

Purpose / Benefit: This EMS Dashboard is perfect for those agencies who wish to keep a close eye on their communications staff's performance along with the on time performance for their contracted municipalities.

This show a list of statistics for all of the communication staff sorted by pre-scheduled on time performance descending.

This report shows the previous 5 months of trips and on time performances by month for dialysis center facilities.

This report shows the previous 5 months of trips and on time performances by month for hospitals.

This report will show you the non-compliance calls and reason for the given day.  It is broken down into pre-scheduled, immediate, non-emergency and emergency sections.

This report will show the previous 5 weeks worth of trops and OTP for nursing home facilities

This auto scrolling / auto refreshing EMS Dashboard displays the unit number, their total calls for the current day along with any special statuses that unit was placed within and how long they were in that special status.  This Dashboard additionall shows the crew that was on during that special status.

Purpose / Benefit: This dashboard is great when used to identify why some units are assigned to more trips than others. 

Example:
If "unit 1" ran 10 jobs but was never in an special status where "unit 2" ran only 3 jobs but was in a special status of "Decontamination" for over 2 hours during their shift, it would explain why "unit 1" was being utilized more and why "unit 2" only was assigned 3 jobs.

This auto scrolling/auto refreshing EMS Dashboard details a breakdown year-to-date totals broken down by call type, dispatcher averages for various call priorities, call taking averages for both non emergency and emergency calls along with municipal performance indexes and time totals for vehicle special statuses.

Purpose / Benefit: This EMS Dashboard is perfect for those agencies who wish to keep a mile high view on their communications staff's performance along with the on time performance for their contracted municipalities.

This FLASH based graph shows multiple channels at once. These channels are broken down by hour of day and  include:

• Average Call Volume
• Distributed Call Volume
• Pre-Scheduled OTP
• Non-Emergency with in 30 Minutes OTP
• Tomorrows Pre-Scheduled Call Volume
• Average Time On Task

This report looks back to the day 4 weeks to trend data over time. For example if the report is run on a Tuesday, the report looks back every Tuesday for 4 weeks to get the data.

This contains two sections. 

The first section displays all the special status' for the selected date range along with their total crew time in Hours:Minutes:Seconds format.

The second section displays the special status breakdown by vehicle.  You will see vehicle, status, driver, crew 2 and the total time In status for that vehicle.

Purpose / Benefit: This report is great for those agencies who wish to keep an eye on their special status usage in a nearly real time report. 

This report displays the unit number, total time in service, the total time the unit was available, the total time on task, the total calls adn the UHU.

Purpose / Benefit:  This report is a staple for any EMS/Ambulance agency.  When it comes to efficiency most ambulance companies use UHU (unit hour utilization) as a measuring stick to guage how effective their system is operating.

This report shows the total loaded miles on a vehicle for a given time frame by any selected dispatchers

Purpose / Benefit: This report is the only one of it's kind where you can identify how effectively your communication staff is utilizing the units in the field based on total mileage the unit/vehicle logs when dispatched by a paticular dispatcher.
