The Open Shift Pick-Up feature allows you to publish out open shifts to your staff.  Notifying your staff for open shifts will cut down on overtime payout and employee shortages for your trucks. This system will ensure employees meet the minimum criteria for a shift. For instance, an EMT will not be allowed to pick up a Paramedic shift.
