Having personnel working with expired certifications can be a costly liability. The EMS Toolkit Certification Tracking feature allows you to track not only any certification your agency might come across, including: driver's license, CPR, ACLS, PALS and many others but the system also tracks continued education classes that your employees take over the year. Track an unlimited amount of employee certifications and courses and be instantly notified (in advance) if and when any of them are about to expire.

Instructor Lead Education

The Instructor Lead Education system allows you to enter your courses into the system, allows your employees to register for those courses, and keeps detailed records of which employees have taken which courses. Additionally, with our Instructor reminder service your instructors will never miss a class again because they forgot about it.  Our system will send your instructors an email and text message the day of their class as a reminder.

Detailed reporting of both core and elective CEU's will allow your employees to keep up a detailed record of what is needed at year end.

Online Education and Training

The online Education and Training feature within EMS Toolkit will allow you to deliver quizzes and tests to your staff quickly and easily.  You create the tests, you create the answers, you set the passing score (if applicable), it's just that simple.  Unlimited tests and unlimited answers within each test.  Each test will be tracked and every questions will be logged for how long it took to complete.

QA / QI

The EMS Toolkit Quality Assurance feature tracks nearly everything your management team will want to analyze. For example, intubation averages by individual employee or by the entire agency, if there were any violations to standing orders, physiology aspects, anatomy information and mechanism of injury information.  Quality assurance can be done by department or service line for instance ALS, BLS. Skills Testing

Skills Testing or otherwise known as Proficiency Testing allows your agency to quickly and easily test the proficiency of your staff for nearly any skill, whether it be heart monior usage, to adult megacodes to pediatric airway management. After completing the skills tests, your employees will be given a grade which can be used to rate employees against each others skill levels.
