Attendance Tracking

The EMS Toolkit Employee Attendance Tracking feature allows you or your management/communication staff record employee call-outs, instances where employees left work early, and even if an employee arrived to work late.  This feature allows for overturning in the event a justifiable reason was present and is at the discretion of your agency.  Detailed reports will give you your entire agencies attendance record in the click of a mouse.

The EMS Toolkit e_Schedule program is a full featured enterprise level scheduling program that allows you to create and manage your employee work schedules. Using full-time employee patterns along with part-time availability you can easily manage all your employees work schedules quickly and easily.

This time off request system is fully integrated with the EMStoolkit eSchedule System.

Open Shift Pick-Up

The Open Shift Pick-Up feature allows you to publish open shifts to your staff.  Notifying your staff for open shifts will cut down on overtime payout and employee shortages for your trucks. This system will ensure employees meet the minimum criteria for a shift. For instance, an EMT will not be allowed to pick up a Paramedic shift. Additionally, when coupled with EMS Toolkit's Certification Tracker employees with expired certifications will not be allowed to fill the shifts.

Payroll Management

EMS Toolkit provides a powerful module to deploy a feature rich Time Card system, Virtual Time Clock and Payroll export from our Enterprise eScheduling system.  This system will automate the payroll process and reduce manual checks for employees.

Self Help Shift Coverage

The Self Help Shift Coverage feature allows your employees to attempt to find coverage for their shift. This system does not require management intervention until a willing replacement has been found. By allowing your staff to help themselves it not only opens up time for your management team so they can concentrate on more important tasks but also will decrease the amount of "No Call-No Shows" and EMS personnel call-outs.

Self Help Shift Switch

The Self Help Shift Switch feature, like the Self Help Shift Coverage feature, allows your staff to find a fellow staff member to "Switch" shifts with.  This feature leaves management out of the process until the very end for final approvals. By allowing your staff to help themselves it not only opens up time for your management team so they can concentrate on more important tasks but also will decrease the amount of "No Call-No Shows" and EMS personnel call-outs.

Time Off Request

The Time Off Request feature built into EMS Toolkit allows your staff EMT's, Paramedics, Nurses or any other staff you may have submit their time off requests. Time off requests placed by your employees will be queued for final approval by one of your management staff.

Virtual Time Clock

The Virtual Time Clock gives your agency a cost effective way of allowing your staff members to "punch" in/out of work.  Using Secure IP technologies, we can ensure your employees are only allowed to clock in from pre-authorized terminals.  This feature does not require any additional hardware other than a computer with an internet connection, mouse, and keyboard.
