With over three decades of combined first-hand experience in the Emergency Medical Services Industry, the founders of EMS Toolkit understand the vital importance of the data and processes tasked by EMS Management on a daily basis. It is because of this firsthand perspective and commitment to continuous improvement that we are able to provide you with this unique, customized EMS Intranet Solution.

We use state-of-the-art equipment, the latest in software development technology and a highly redundant infrastructure to design a solution targeted to assist EMS personnel and management to do their jobs better. We have created nearly 100 system features designed to increase efficiency and productivity at every level from uniformed staff to top level staff within your agency.

Our Story

In early 2009 a team of software engineers with deep roots in the EMS industry was asked to develop an intranet solution with a variety of tools to increase their operational efficiency... Several months later three key modules with 15 features were released. Then in late 2009 with word spreading to other EMS agencies, the stage was set for the next software release. Additional clients resulted in valuable industry feedback which led to the development and deployment of two additional modules with 20 more efficiency tools. With the turn of the new year in early 2010 the feedback has been great! Just when we thought we had everything there was to offer, our clients continued to work hand in hand with our team to further the innovation of the solution. The result - An additional five modules with 20 additional features.

Our Mission

EMS Toolkit's goal is to provide an EMS specific suite of products including Dashboards, Custom EMS Reporting and an intranet solution that will allow EMS personnel to focus on what is ultimately, the number one priority - patient care.

We are able to do this with our unique industry experience, and with the development of modules and tools designed to ultimately decrease the amount of time spent on administrative tasks /paperwork, and allowing more time to be dedicated to education, skills training and growth for those who help others when it matters the most.
